How long is each class?
Each class is 50 minutes long. We strive to start every class right on time and not wait for participants to show up. So please try to arrive a few
minutes before class start time warm up and are ready to start. Parents are encouraged to warm up with their child on the court/field! The kids love
it so come a few minutes early!

How often is each class?
Classes are once a week at the same time. The exception is for holidays or a venue conflict. The class schedule is available online.

What should they wear?
Children should wear loose fitting clothing and sneakers and bring a water bottle. Please no sandals or dress shoes.

How do I know if my child is registered?
If you registered directly with SuperTots Sports Academy, then you are registered upon our receipt of your registration and full payment. SuperTots
Sports Academy will only contact you only if there is a concern about your registration. If you register on the SuperTots Sports Academy website, you
will receive an instant online confirmation. If the registration was sent to any other organization, please contact that organization directly about
their confirmation policy.

My child can't attend the program after all, can I get a
refund?
Our Refund Protection Program allows any new customer to try a program for two classes risk free. The child must be registered with Refund Protection purchased for the program. If you decide prior to the third class that you do not wish to continue in the program, please contact SuperTots Sports Academy by phone or email within 48 hours after the second class and you will receive a full refund of the program price minus the refund protection fee. Returning customers who purchase refund protection may receive a refund for the program fee if the request is made two weeks prior to the start date of the program. Not all programs are eligible for Refund Protection.
Refunds will only be given if you have registered through SuperTots Sports Academy. If you registered through another organization, please contact that organization directly about their refund policy.
SuperTots Sports Academy does not refund for missed classes.

Can my child attend a Trial Class?

Not all programs are eligible for Refund Protection.

Do you have multiple child discounts?
When you register a child for more than one class in the same transaction (or when you register siblings at the same time) we offer a 20% discount on the lowest priced class. *Discount is not available in some areas.

SuperTots does not offer discounts or prorated fees for missed classes.

Who are your coaches, and what are their qualifications?
SuperTots Sports Academy recruits highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional ability to communicate well with young children.
All coaches must complete an application, personal interview, background investigation, classroom training, field training and pass a coaches' test prior
to their first day of work.

Does a parent or guardian need to be present during each class?
Yes. Children this age have potty emergencies and other normal issues. The instructor is unable to leave the class to deal with the particular needs of
an individual child.

Can I bring a sibling to the class?
Of course. We ensure adequate viewing space is available for each class. Our classes for two year olds are parent participation classes so please bring
things for older siblings to occupy themselves with if you are participating. We also have Parent Participation one week every session for all classes where the
kids get to demonstrate to the parents all that they have learned.

What does Parent Participation Week entail?
The second from last week of the session, the parents are invited to participate in the light activity for the entire class. We play special games that
require lots of Parent-Child play and interaction. Please wear active clothes and shoes on those days and prepare siblings that may be in attendance.
You are welcome to bring a “fill in” if you can’t participate. Please tell the Instructor if you don’t have a fill-in or can’t participate and we will
adjust and still make it a good experience for your child. We understand. It is not a big deal so don’t feel guilty (Moms) if you can’t participate for
some reason. We can only allow one adult participant per child.

Nope. SuperTots Sports Academy is about individual development. The curriculum is designed to account for vastly different levels of ability. We use
fun as the motivation for kids to learn new stuff and be active.

Are the classes progressive?
Yep! SuperTots Sports Academy offers a progressive curriculum that continues to challenge kids in an age-appropriate format. Children will graduate
from one program to the next. The kids who have gone through multiple SuperTots classes over their pre-school stage and enter sports leagues have a history
of doing very well.

Do your programs run in the rain?
Most of our venues are indoors but we do have some locations that are seasonally outdoors. If the weather is questionable please check the contact info you used when registering for a message from the local SuperTots operator.

What do I need to know about the upcoming registration site change beginning Fall 2023?
Beginning with the Fall 2023 season, Skyhawks will be switching to a new registration website. The change will result in increased site stability and is part of a larger website and backend system redesign. All Summer 2023 registration will take place in the existing registration site https://www.skyhawks.com/search/. Beginning with Fall 2023, all program registrations will be taken in the new system, https://register.skyhawks.com/.
Upon accessing the new site, you will need to create a new customer account. Start by searching for your program and clicking the orange “View Details” button to view program information. From there, click the blue “Register for an account” button on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Follow the steps to create your new account and add your home address. You will then be sent back to the program details page where you can enter your participant’s information and add the registration to your cart. Once ready, follow the checkout process to complete your registration. Regarding access to your existing account for viewing purchase history and obtaining tax receipts, you will continue having access until further notice. Stay tuned for future updates.
